This bridge is special to me because it spans
Duxbury Bay, Massachusetts and leads to the sandy barrier beach
where our family would go to walk, picnic, and swim. There are no
houses there, just a road that leads to "the Gurnet". Also
known as Powder Point Bridge, it is known to be the longest wooden
bridge in the U.S.at 1/2
mile in length.
