Proceedings in the 87-count fraud trial against Catherine Duffy Petit, Paul Richard, David Hall and Roland Morin have been postponed for Wednesday as attorneys for both sides continue to work on motions and legal issues with U.S. District Court Chief Judge D. Brock Hornby.

Jurors are expected to be called back in on Thursday, when defense attorneys are scheduled to present their case after more than five weeks of the prosecution's case.
