After a two-day break in the proceedings to allow attorneys for both sides to argue legal motions and procedure with U.S. District Court Chief Judge D. Brock Hornby, the 87-count federal trial against Catherine Duffy Petit, Paul Richard, David Hall and Roland Morin is scheduled to resume Thursday at 8 a.m.
